Our home is located right in the middle of the township of Hanmer Springs. It is a 3 minute flat walk (no hills) to the famous Hanmer SpringsThermal Pools & town centre. Carinya is set on a elevated rear section overlooking Hanmer valley to the south. The entrance & front section is flat from the road with beautiful views of Conical Hill to the north.  In winter months, open a bottle of wine from one of our local wineries, & either sit in front of the open fire or relax in the huge 2 person spa & enjoy the warmth & ambience Carinya has to offer. In the summer months all external doors (lounge/dining/main bedroom) fold back providing a wonderful open feeling with flowthrough ventilation. Enjoy a BBQ & alfresco dining under the shade of the beautiful trees or at night under a wonderous sky full of stars. There is a single garage & plenty of off street parking on this rear section.  Careful pets are welcome as well. We also supply a travel cot/cot blanket & hi chair free of charge, children also are very welcome. Recently both bathrooms & 1 seperate toilet & handbasin have been completely renovated. We have also added 3 new leather lounges, a LCD wide screen TV & surround sound system & a new gas BBQ with wok.
